In case those of you hockey fans havent heard yet, here is what happened so far today.

Signed Pascal Dupuis to 3 year deal
Signed Erick Godard to a contract
Resigned Mark Eaton

Adam Hall signed with the Lightning for 1.4 millin HAHAHA
Ty Conklin signed with Detroit for 750,000

Word is that we offered Jagr a deal. Looks like Laraque wont be back becasue he declined a contract and that Godard is a fighter.

Reports say that Nashville is interested. Dont get me wrong i loved seeing him out there knowing he can beat anyone anytime but would it be worth the money? Yeah he chips in a goal here and there but i think we could spend the money better elsewhere.

It appears that the Pens and Malkin have agreed to a 5 year 8.7 Million/year.

KDKA just announced that Edmonton has a 10 Million/ year offer on the table for Hossa and that Jagr is still a possibility.

Edm = 10 mil/yr
Mon = 8 mil/yr
Pit = 7 mil/yr

-Pens offered Jagr 10 mil for 2 yrs
-Pens also offered Naslund money too, forget how much though

-there is a chance the Pens could sign Jagr, Hossa, and Naslund = WOW
...hopefully Hossa will come back

Pens should of resigned Hall... especially for 600k/yr

Better hope for Jagr and Naslund to sign. I'm not too excited about Jagr signing.. he is getting older, plus he is a baby and not a good influence.

Well we'll see what happens. Ray Shero said in his press conference that they haven't even made an offer yet to him and that its only been talk at this point.
