Any guys out there have a 32oz can of Torco they could sell me? I'm driving down to have Jon Lund tune my car on the 24th, and I need one 32oz can for my 18# tune. I have some ordered, but Torco has the 6 pack cases on back order and it looks like I'm probably not going to have it in time. I only need like one can at this point. I'll obviously give ya whatever shes worth. Any help be appreciated.
Thanks,
Ed

Talk about terrible timing. I am down to one quart (I NEED it for this weekend) and just placed an order so it will likely be the end of next week before it comes :( I buy it by the 5 gallon can and am in Greensburg too.
Sorry

no problem, thanks for the response. Just got an email from the company I bought it from, says that all the backorders have been shipped out, I should have in 4 days or so. Going to be a real close one here. If anyone still can sell me one, I'd rather get one now knowing I'll def have it for the 24th

By the way, these guys told me the same thing about the six packs that they where on back order, and they would be in in a "few days" as of Monday. They had the 5 gallon cans in stock and ready to ship.

It increases 93 octane gas to 104octane when you add 32oz of torco to 10gallons of the 93? That is what I've been reading at least.

Torco has been a up to debate topic. Some say it doesn't take the octane much over 100ish no matter how much you add. I've read the same Steve-O, 10g's of 93 to one 32oz bottle is around that, maybe a tad lower. On a good note, after posting this thread at work, and getting that email saying 4+ days till I'd recieve the torco. After work I found a torco box at my front door. Needless to say I'm happy. The company I bought it from had me confused as hell, but atleast it came, and in good time. All is ready to go 600+hp  Thanks for your guys help.

Agreed. I run it all the time in mine, but probably dont need much over 104 octane, but do beleive I am seeing over 100 from it based on slight ping with low octane race unleaded (100 octane), and I have NEVER heard a ping in any air conditions with the Torco mixed in mine.
The first thing is that it IS NOT an octane boost. Those things like 104+ and such raise octane AFTER the decimal place (93 octane to 93.5 or whatever), The debate is on the full effect, but Torco surely adds anti-knock in full points rather than after the decimal.
Even further confusion, a buddy of mine usually runs the Citgo race gas, went with Torco's RACE GAS and had knock at the same octane, so he claims it's not up to the full rating, that or Chaves under rates his ;)

do you methanol injection?

Nope, Don't believe in it myself. I see lots of people post how much timing they can run with it and how much boost they can run, but I have NEVER seen one of those same guys run the numbers I think their stuff should. They NEED to put the timing and boost back in to make up for the drowning they give it with the water / meth. It's sure a whole 'nother debate.
