opinions on new superduty

I am looking to get a new superduty diesel and ext cab anyon on here have any opinions on them?

I havent really heard anything about them other then if you cut the tips off the exhaust it won't run. I will be talking to a friend of mine probaly tomorrow who deals with upgradeing diesel trucks. I will see what he has to say.

Get rid of the dpf on them and they run great. Spartan has a tuner dpf delete package for them that will put it at over 500hp and over 1000lb at the wheels and get 20mpg. I have been thinking about upgrading myself but can't find a new truck that I like. I would love to do a 6.4 swap into my amarillo.

well long story short my 05 superduty was stolen in belle vernon thursday night and police have nothing the insurance company says this week they will pay it off. So that leaves me to buy a new one. seems like some good deals out there with employee pricing and rebates. looking for xlt 4x4 ext cab short bed and diesel

I usually buy my cars from c harper ford but if anyone can point me in a direction for a good deal elsewhere I will give it a try.

Try Davies Ford in cville, they have been driveing me crazy trying to get me to buy one. Did see a real nice fx4 4 door model down there it was white.

I would find another 6.0 diesel.... The new 6.4 sucks on fuel milage. The 6.0 was around 16-17 mpg the 6.4 is 9-10 mpg..... WTF are they thinking at FOMOCO... This is no BS

This is true untill you remove the dpf. Illegal? Yes. Worth it? YES!

The Company that I used to landscape for has two, 2008 F-550's. They are both twin turbo diesels. I drove one of them this past winter, and man they got some major power. He hasnt had any problems with them yet
