This ought to be real cool! I love fast doorslammers, and these guys I expect to put on a good show. 16 cars! Woo hoo! Their time runs will be at 3:30 and 5:00, I think they qualify 8, eliminations at 6:00, 7:30, and 9:00. Here's their site:

I think these guys are suppose to run under 4sec 1/8mile. :jump:

On THEIR schedule, they list this as a 16 car field.....

Aug 16 Pittsburgh Raceway Park 16 Car Field

I wonder if any of the Door Jamz cars will show up and run the full 1/4 too. Seems like some of them could be competive.

Bob, I think there are 16 cars in the 2 qualifying sessions, going for the 8 spots for eliminations. I don't know if these guys will have the full ADRL type killer set ups for high 3s/low 6s, but I'd say we should see some low 4s/mid 6s. I can't tell if they're running the 1/8 or 1/4. Look at their rules, for the engine combos. Nitrous cars are allowed 820ci!!! Drrroooooolllll....

Looking at the vids from Cecil, I'd say we should see mid to high 6s.

i dont know about quarters but i saw these guys run adrl at budds creek, md

the promod extreme (blower cars) were breaking into the high 3s but no promod nitro cars broke 4flat.

there still crazy badass. i think im heading out

Nope, it's been on the schedule all year.

I've got a call into their contact guy, to see if they're 1/8 or 1/4 at PRP.

Well, pro-mods cancelled again, from PRP website.......

The North East Pro Mod Event for this Saturday has been Postponed! Despite the Postponement, Pittsburgh Raceway Park will be Open! This is a points day for the Import Export Tire Points Competition. Come out and Cheer your favorite racers on, as they compete for points and prize money.
