Whats the differences between the Lightning 5.4 and the 5.4 they put in the regular f-150s? Would i be able to swap a lightning s/c on my 5.4 in my 02 truck?

Yes it bolts right on..just get all adjoining parts...ALL of them

this is probably a dumb question, but what all is needed when you say all cause i have seen a few eatons go for pretty cheap and been thinking about it.

ok thanks.. I would really like to grab up a harley truck with one already done, but i think i am going to need 4 wheel drive.

Yes, he has done one to his own truck. An 01 or 02 FX4 short bed
