Just a heads up for those who plan on going next year, or who don't know about it. Carlisle All-Ford Nationals is June 1-3.

Whoever will be heading this up, there are already 2 hotels booked up for that weekend so start planning NOW!!!! If anyone wants to merge with my club/organization, send me a PM. We will surely have at least 30-50 participants

Edit: the only way to do this is if people list steelcitystangs on their entry form. We all have to mark it the same though as in SCS or steelcitystangs, not 1/2 of 1 and 1/2 of the other.

Yep, your correct. When registering, fill out the car club name the same. I believe you only need 25 or more to get a free tent. If you all want to park together, then someone will have to coordinate this with the grounds crew and it should be done as soon as possible.

Well, I managed to secure a hotel for my club. Let me tell you it wasnt easy. Seems like alot of hotels are either booked or VERY expensive. good luck SCS...

I usually go to Carlisle, but am going to wait until after the 1st of the year and make a decission between there and WFC 10......They are too damn close together to hit both and be there the whole time.

I will be going as well, but unfortunately can not help with the SCS thing since I have a Mark VIII and already signed up with my current group (LvC (www.lincolnvscadillac.com)).

As for the tent, you have to have; if I remember correctly, at least 20 preregistered vehicles using the club moniker. But I do not know how they differentiat the Mustangs....as far as mods, years, and so on.....so it might be a good idea to call them and ask. If you like, I can get the contact that we use to get things done since we had our own tent last year as we will this year.

Also, what days you guys plan on going? I plan on leaving as early as Wed (IF possible work wise) if not then Thurs or Fri (most likely either Wed, or Thurs for me). If anyone is plannin on those days we can meet up some where and roll on out......but that is all dependant on the days you guys plan on going and the times.....I will be going early in the day to beat the traffic.

Last year Danielle and I went to an awesome resterant and brewery. It was a great time. I think it would be cool to just get hammered in the parking lot and play with the cars!!!! :Beer: :biglaugh:

if you register you get a sticker you put on your windsheild that gets you in all 3 days with you & 1 passenger. gates usually open at 7am so you can get in then.. you can leave the field at anytime and get back in whenever you want,with that window sticker.
now if you just pay for the day, when you leave the grounds you get a hand stamp to get you back in for that day..

Also, when you register for $35 you get in all 3 days. Saturday you would have to park with your 'class' of vehicles to be judged, if you want to do that, but Friday and Sunday you can park wherever or with a club if it is organized.

Looking for anyone interested in joining my club to boost our count numbers for this event. We only need 2 more registrants to get a free tent and are looking at 40-50+ total attendees come showtime. This will be by far one of the largest car clubs attending and we are trying to surpass YMR (Yellow Mustang Registry) and win the club participation award. PM me if interested. :woot1:

It will be easy to spot my tent. Were up to 45 cars registered. Double that with spouses/significant others and were talking 100+ people. We also will have a few other smaller tents next the the Carlisle tent. Just look for the "mob" of people under a tent or the "tent city" :laughing:

You'll have to register your car for $35. This gets you in the gates for all 3 days. SCS will only get a tent if 25 people register under the the SCS or Steel City Stangs name. Time is a wasting....
