Conquest turbo??

My Dads buddy has the manifold and turbo off of a 2.6 Conquest, this was an early conquest that didn't have the buldged fenders, I think like an 85.

Anyway was wondering if it was good for anything, he wants to sell and prob don't want much.

Seriously, they are weird little turbo. Mitsubishi built their own turbo's so the pattern doesent interchange with any of the Garrett stuff we typically use. They are also mounted it a little strange for us and dont clock well and oil return is a PITA.

I think all the US spec cars got the same turbo regardless of year, but am not sure. I looked into these for a while, but they (the cars) have a ton more issues than the 2.3 stuff, so I stayed away ;) they are pretty heavy cars too if I remeber right.
