its not gonna be cheap to ship a shortblock... but there were a few blocks on craigslist.

only looking for something shipped as i moved to missouri, i know it wont be cheap but its not a problem.

since production 5.0's are a dime a dozen, i would look local.
you would have more than what an engines worth in just shipping
