wat do you do for a living? lol....arent you still in school??

lol, ya I'm still in school, but it's cheaper to buy a place and resell it down the road, then renting an apartment, plus it's a foreclosure so it's selling for less then it's worth, so hopefully when the market rebounds a lil bit we can sell it for a profit

haha, sorry clark, there is already a group of football players from seton hill that the cops want to have evicted for having parties,(but in the cops defense there are parties up there all the time and if I was their neighbor I would be pissed too.) plus I dont want to trash the place because I'll be selling this house or whatever one I buy in three and a half years or so when I graduate, so the idea is to keep it in good shape so you dont have a ton of work to do when you want to sell it

Thanks n no deff not my dream house, but it's a good investment property. Everything has been updated not too long ago, and looks to have been well taken care of. The garage is pretty sick tho,:)

very nice. congrats, man.
When I look at that garage, other than a place for your car and motorcycle, I see a rubbermaid garbage can 1/2 full of ice with a keg in it, too. :slaphappy:

cool man, congrats...
I was recently on the unfortunate end of something like this... A house that had already been forclosed on went up for sale... the night it came on the market (thursday) i called my realtor and setup with her to look at it saturday morning.... Being a corporate owned place (the bank) they only worked M-F, 8-5 so monday morning I had the pre-approval sent over..... She called to say we were going to make an offer, and they had JUST accepted and offer that was submitted on Friday afternoon.... the damn thing didn't even last 12 hours til it had an offer.. and all i need was the bank to wait another hour to get my offer!!!! O well :( It went so quick b/c it was worth about double what the asking price was, and all it needed was some carpet... I thought I had a sweet deal in my grasp and got f-ed over!!! /rantoff

sry to here about that, the price/value ratio was def a big reason why we got it it worth a lil less than double what we paid for it if not more, and it is a decent house to live in during school, it's not really big enough for a large family, but big enough for 2 people to live there

I just pumped cause I bought 4 different ford mustang banners (saleen, svt perfomance, roush, and shelby products) over the summer planning on hanging them in my dorm room, but didnt end up having a dorm room so I can hang up out there, n if I get a scs banner made that will go out there too:rolleyes:

Congrats! That's awesome! Good looking place you have there. Now the fun begins..
I do have a question though...where do you buy banners? I would like to get my hands on a Roush one.

I bought them off of ebay, the guy only had two of them, he said they were from a race track or something because they were official roush banners, contact info on them etc it's pretty big too sumthing like 6x4 sumthin like that
