As new and unfired M4A3 with 14.5 barrel with perm attached Izzy, comes with bushy hardcase, 1 30rnd mag, manuel, sling. Does not have the A3 handle. will sell for 800.00 plus 20.00 shipping to your FFL. Thanks Will do a face to face in SW PA only if you have a valid CCW.

Does the perm. attached muzzel brake make it a legal 16" barrel, or will this have to be a Registered Short Barrel Rifle?

Makes it a legal 16.1" barrel just as it came from bushmaster. It also has a 6 position col stock and bayo lug.
