04 Lightening stolen help!!!

TJ fired it up before going to work and went back in his house to let it warm up. This was at 6:00am Friday morning. He heard his truck revving and came out only to see it tearing down his street. The police where called and a report was made. If anyone hears anything about lightening parts or see his truck please call us or the cops.

The truck is and 04. It is grey. We just got it back from the body shop thursday where it was supposed to be painted, but they never got to it. The left front fender is still mostly black, the headlight trim panel is not painted yet, and it has a black grill, not the lightning grill. It has side exit pipes and a soft tonue cover. It is lowered and has the factory rims. A brand new set a Nitto drag radials 325/30/18 on the back. It has the two tone suede 60/40 split bench. A LFP rad and a bent up stock heat exchanger.

Im in for some fun like that! Before people start beating people.....uh, I live in Robinson and somtimes have a silver Lightning in my drive way, dont worry, its not the one you are looking for. This one is stock and has a replacemnet front bumper (its a black bumper). The guy who drives it has had it for about 4 years and still wont do any mods.....

Hey guys the truck has been found, recovered, and delivered back to our shop!!!

The bad news is the guy messed it up pretty bad. The interior stinks to high heaven, body damage around, the motor is making noise, and all personal effects have stolen, including the Forced Performance Heat Exchanger that was in the bed.

The dickbag left us a few gifts though. We have aquired two new cordless drills, a new cooler, 4 bottles of Straub, and an unused Trojan. The papers show that an arrest was made. Good for him, dumb ass.

Oh shit dude, I think that may have been the Lightning that blew by me christmas eve coming out of the Fort Pitt tunnels. I was coming through the tunnels and I hear a LOUD exhaust cause the dude was getting on it. I got the red light before you exit the tunnel coming into the city so I was sitting there stopped trying to see what kinda car sounded so good. While I was sitting there he was revving the shit out of it and I thought to myself this dude must be an asshole. I go as slow as I can exiting the tunnel and all I can hear is the eaton screaming as he flys by me before I got on the parkway.

I am really sorry I didn't know about this sooner or I woulda called the cops on the spot. Glad you got it back though and I hope that mother f'er gets his nuts ripped off.

Had to get an operation to fix it. The homeowner was sued for all the medical bills and was forced to pay. If that happened to me, I would make sure the guy had some medical bills that were inflicted by myself also.

The messed part about this story is that in the state laws, regarding lethal force it states that, you may use force in the protection one self, a third party or property.

Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 5,

§ 505. Use of force in self-protection.

(a) Use of force justifiable for protection of the person.--The use of force upon or toward another person is justifiable when the actor believes that such force is immediately necessary for the purpose of protecting himself against the use of unlawful force by such other person on the present occasion.



§ 506. Use of force for the protection of other persons.

(a) General rule.--The use of force upon or toward the person of another is justifiable to protect a third person when:

the actor would be justified under section 505 of this title (relating to use of force in self-protection) in using such force to protect himself against the injury he believes to be threatened to the person whom he seeks to protect;
under the circumstances as the actor believes them to be, the person whom he seeks to protect would be justified in using such protective force; and
the actor believes that his intervention is necessary for the protection of such other person.



§ 507. Use of force for the protection of property.

(a) Use of force justifiable for protection of property.--The use of force upon or toward the person of another is justifiable when the actor believes that such force is immediately necessary:
to prevent or terminate an unlawful entry or other trespass upon land or a trespass against or the unlawful carrying away of tangible movable property, if such land or movable property is, or is believed by the actor to be, in his possession or in the possession of another person for whose protection he acts; or

Also note that any claims to local law are pure BS. No law regarding the use of force, or firearms may be considered valid unless it is adopted by the state legislature. This is known as State Preemption:thumbsup:
