hey guys i'm planning on tearing into my 57 chevy this winter to finish up a project my old man started back when i was a child. I wanted to get on some forums to read up on the knowledge base. I'm a wizzard with a mustang, but not so much with chevy's or carb setups. Any links would be great. particularly links with old 50's chevy people in it so i can branch out on the best place to find resto items and specs. thanks!

I *think* www.racingjunk.com (http://www.racingjunk.com) has a collector car forum too.

Are you doing a total resto, or making it a "your way" street car? If your questions are general about sbc for a street car, the tech section of www.brackettalk.com (http://www.brackettalk.com) might help.

I think the car magazines (Hemmings, Hot Rod, Car Craft, etc) all have their own forums also.
