I'm sure this will rock the SBF cylinder head market when members of all of the various cylinder head's bandwagons take a look at the specs. Here's a little taste:
190cc intake runner
12.5* intake valve
14.5* exhaust valve
301cfm at .550" lift
The reason they were not able to take this approach before with the valve angles was due to a patent someone else had in the market... but it has expired. :)

Some catalog corrections:
This is actually a 12.5 degree intake and a 14.5 degree exhaust valve angle.
Yes it will clear your factory shortblock with a reasonable cam (Except 86 of course).
It was flowed on a 4.060" bore with a 1 3/4" pipe, not a 4.600
This is a rotated chamber design.
You can use a regular rocker.
No usable heads available to the public yet.
Expect to be able to sell them by the first of the year, spring at the latest.
Will make larger versions and are on the fence about a 175cc version.
Stock exhaust port height.
Standard style intake manifold.
The part numbers might change for production reasons.
The solid roller versions will most likely option to a standard 7/16" stud and will definitely be 10 degree, like all of our product.
The flow numbers are actually that good (Probably a hair better by the time we reach full production). as per Ed Curtis.

Looks good!
Can't wait to see a set of these on a car all done up.
These heads flow very similar to the TFS 185's.
TW 185
Lift Intake Exhaust
.100" 72 58
.200" 142 114
.300" 215 152
.400" 259 189
.500" 287 220
.550" 296 229
.600" 300 234

Actually all of that was per me, Ed quoted me on another forum.
Good info though, we had allot of excitement about it at the SEMA show, had even more on our new plastic intakes that are going to be released this next year.

I put this on the Corral:
The other new product we brought is actually for a small Chevy, it is a dual plane intake...made of PLASTIC. Yes it works, has been on the dyno, and is quite amazing all around.
The reason I mention this, is we are of course planning on a couple Ford manifolds; a dual plane, and a single plane. We are also not forgetting about our injected guys, our goal is to have a Long runner, short runner, and box available with either a 5.0 or 5.8 stock deck height lowers.
The Chevy dual plane was 10hp and 10 ftlbs better then our competitor. We tested our prototype single plane (Aluminum of course) against the competitor, we picked up over 20 on both ends, we will see more in plastic due to temperature differences.
On a 14 second dyno pull, the surface temp of the aluminum manifold was 118 degrees, our plastic was a whopping 30 degrees cooler at 88....not too mention the weight went down from 16 to 9lbs. The weight savings will be huge on a bulky 5.0 style manifold.
We expect our full line to be out with-in a year, but are aiming for much less.

Jason,
sorry for the mis-quote.
What approximate percentage of your business is sbf compared to sbc & lsx? Curious to see how large the small block ford market is.
How far in the future is a larger version of the 12R head & any projection on runner size? A raised exhaust port would be sweet for flow.

No worries on the quote. Just wanted to clarify.
Although I wont give out real numbers the SBF is our largest market, only edging out over the SBC.
The 190cc 12R will hopefully be availble in the February area, a larger version a month or two later. We are planning on a raised higher flowing exhaust port on the larger head.

Thanks Jason,
I understand on hard numbers. I'm surprised to see the SBF is a bigger part of your business. I just always assume the sbc is dominant due their numbers.

Looking forward to the bigger version of the 12R head!
Below is the plastic intake Jason was speaking of.

Man, for as many bolts as I strip in aluminum things, I'm surely going to have a problem with a composite intake. LOL! That head looks great! I can't wait for the EFI runner style intakes to come out as I'd LOVE to drop some weight off of my already heavy pig. Just make sure you have a long runner that will be equal to or preferably outperform the holley systemax which I'm sure you will do!

Paul, if you ever get around to having boost our short runner manifold will certainly be beneficial. On a side note, all of the threads in the manifold are going to be in inserts which are molded into the manifold, not pressed or threaded. If you strip one, I expect you to send me the manifold back because that means you are just not worthy, LOL.
