Anybody use Split Lock Header Bolts? [Archive]

I have heard a few good things about them. Anybody like them? Not like them? Who has the best price on them?

Stage 8 locking header bolts here. They work for me.

I have heard people complain that the Stage 8 clips are a PIA to put on and get lost during installation. I also heard one guy say that they rusted up and he had a real hard time removing the the crescent washer.

That is why I was looking at the split lock units instead.

I didnt think they were really s PIA to install. Just take a little more time than average bolts. As far as rusting, mine are stainless. I dont know if they come in different types of material or not. But if its worthe anything, I would use them again.
