but my 60' are still a joke...i need more practice and 3 runs/night doesn't get it done in a timely fashion.

Anyway...cut a 1.77 and went 7.555 in the 1/8th...powershifted 4th and car fell on it's face..i coasted through the traps to 11.87@105. With a clean run i think it was an 11.69...maybe! Oh well.

Car went in safe mode...not sure why..but ran fine next two runs. (although my traps were off about 4 mph)

Next run was best...went 11.74 @ 120. (trapped 124 all 3 runs last week?? :confused: )

Anyway..good part is that i get a new best everytime i go to the track. Practice makes perfect, right? :D

This was in my 04 cobra btw.

Also, thanks to Dave King for letting me borrow some tools to pull a couple plugs after the first run. Dave's car will be mean with some good 60's.

Congrats! Were you running in the right lane? Ive been hearing alot of guys say their mph is consistently lower in the right lane at PRP.

Probably just a coincidence...but yes..all three runs were in the right lane. Can't imagine a 4mph swing though!

There's a big thread about it over at pittspeed, it seemed like alot of guys were saying the times were close to the same but the mph was a good bit off.
