best bet is to work with an agent and get on the MLS list. they will set up search peramiters and email you houses as they hit the market.

I have a northwood agent, but i don't like Northwood's site at all.....

I prefer Howard Hanna's site, and Pittsburghmoves.com - but i don't think you're looking in the Pittsburgh area, so they may not apply to you
