camshaft

i pulled my cam today, is there anyway of identifying it as a stock cam?
the only markings it has says ZE ZE
my F303 is stamped on the end F303

i thought all pn were on the end of the cam and then just do a search.

yes thats where my F303 is marked, the cam i took out says nothing on the end but the number 3
