WTB: H-pipe hanger

need h pipe hanger for 86-93 fox. let me know!

You don't need it. Just bolt H-pipe to headers and mufflers to the H-pipe. As long as you have hangars for the mufflers, you'll be fine.

i dont have a catback yet tho...i wanted the h pipe on tho so that i can have the 02 sensors on when i go to start it for the first time and drive it for a little. also, i was thinkin about maybe just doing mac dumps cause theyre cheap. are there hangers before the axle if i just did dumps? or are they after the axle?

They're before the axle. You can always just tie the H-pipe up in the back with some wire as a temp. solution till you get the cat back.
