Well, its time to throw some music on my i-pod i got myself for christmas. So i need some music ideas. Everything is welcomed.. I figured more than me are looking for music ideas so this would probably be a good way to find new and old stuff cause i am horrible with keeping up on music or remembering the names of songs and artists. So thats the only thing i ask, is that the Artist and Title is provided with the song. thanks for the help guys:goodidea:

Is there specific types of music that you like?
The way I find new music is to go to http://www.pandora.com and type in a song or artist that I like, it will then suggest other music that it thinks fits the 'sound' that I like. You can train it too by giving thumbs up to the songs you like and thumbs down to those that you don't.
I too am looking for new music, so I'll be interested to see what people suggest here.

All you gotta do is Wikipedia the bands you're curious about and it'll have a link to discography and shows all the band's singles, what albums they were on and chart positions. This is a good way to start. Right now I'm pretty hooked on Alice in Chains, so youtube the songs Man in the Box, Would, Them Bones and No Excuses.
