yeah i just joined a few days ago and im not really into mustangs but im in the process of having a sick street pounding nissan hardbody that is being built by Tim Rodeheaver. 383 stroker engine, 350 turbo tranny, for 8.8 rear with ladderbars and 11'' slicks with many many more things to list...if you want to check it out click http://www.steelcitystangs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12953

Pretty cool project.
Only negative is you went with the wrong small block---the distributor on the wrong end was your first clue :)
