tankless water heaters

anyone have a tankless hot water heater?
putting a gameroom in my basement and thinking of going to one of those to save space

my current heater is 12yrs old and on borrowed time, so its getting changed regardless if i go with tankless or not.

Be aware that they need a minimum flow to turn on. They can require a larger gas line due to their higher output burner. They can definitely save gas or electric. If you have multiple people in the house, they can mean endless showers are possible.
