Picked this up a few weeks ago. My drive to work is pretty short so I figured why not have a V8 :D. It's an 04 regular cab 4x4 with the 5.4 3V. I'm still somewhat torn as to which direction to go with it. I'm probably going to put on a 2" leveling kit in the front and some 305/65/18 BFG AT's, but the thought has crossed my mind of lowering it a bit and putting on some 20's with more street minded tires. Either way, I'm planning on putting a whipple on it in a couple years. For now I'm just going to do exhaust and a tuner. Took advantage of the nice weather today and cleaned it up a little.

thats a really nice truck! could always do 20's and then decide on the tire, it'll look good either way.

Nice! I like the regular cabs as well, but I'm a bit biased - I've got a 05 reg cab. I used the Autospring 1.5 kit and it leveled the front perfectly. I eventually took them off and went with Bilstein adjustable shocks. Bilstein advertises a 2" lift but they came in lower than the Autospring, but they improved the ride big time.
What tuner you planning on? Lots of guys like Troyer Performance tunes and say he's a nice guy. I went with an Edge, it's ok for a canned tuner, but I'd go Xcal if I had to do it over.

nice truck man, please dont lower it, its a 4x4 for a reason if anything put a lift on that thing with some 35's, 2wd trucks are meant to be lowered IMO

Thanks for all the comments guys :goodidea: When I first got it the thought of lowering it never crossed my mind, but this Roush Nitemare has got me thinking :scratchchin: I really only want 4wd to go in the snow, I don't plan on taking it off road ever.

I considered going the bilstein route as well if I do lift it a little. How much were they if you don't mind me asking? I'll be getting an xcal, it's just a matter of who I want to tune it. As of now I'm thinking Troyer, but also considering Jon Lund as well.

To be honest I can't recall how they were, I recall getting them off ebay, maybe about $500.
