engine rebuild???? rebuilder??

ok so I bought the f150 with a 351 in it and it has over 100k and leaks a little oil I am looking to get it rebuilt but have no time and I am not looking to mess something up. anyone out there reasonably priced to do a rebuild for me? pretty much looking to change all gaskets and rear main pan to intake thanks.
