I think its interesting you posted this up, we had a discussion about this very topic in my one classes, and alot of people felt it was censorship/ un-American to control what the media could or could not show, not saying I'm for it just thought it was interesting

I don't think its belittling or making it any less honorable for these young folks making the ultimate sacrifice for their country. Numbers of dead on TV doesn't get peoples attention as to what is going on over there, showing our troops coming home for the last time does. If it didn't when someone would go to Arlington, it would just be nothing but plaques on a wall not this..Images make a huge impact. I was there, definately makes one think. If it wasn't for a unfortunate coincidence it would have been shown all along.
It's not something that hasn't been shown before. Was stopped in 1989. I have no issue with it being shown as long as media shows respect.

It says families will have the final say. Whats the problem with that?
I hate liberal media. Ok, I just hate liberals' detached sense of reality. As long as its done as respectfully and sentimentally as possible, I don't think that there will be any problems.
You gotta love Obama though. The guy comes in saying he's going to cut our deficit and ends up planning to spend more money than the government could gain back from taking 100% of the taxable income from every person making over $75,000.
WTF is planet is he from?!
