It is probably a decent price for what is there, just not a "good" deal to get someone to jump on it. Its been for sale long enough, he might listen to some offers.

I seen the car on turboford a while back also, probably would take less for it, never know. Gotta be worth that just for a nice notch shell to me anyway.

Turbo 2.3 good for 400+ Hp Buy them for 75 to 100 Bux...
There's a guy on TurboFord.net just made 575 RWHP with a stock bottom end.
