I live in Pittsburgh, but I wanted to get away from all the traffic and let the car unwind some. It rarely gets to do it around here.

Went 51 S to Uniontown, 119 S, to 166, to 21, (right by Rodeheavers), back to U-town and 51 N back home.
I wanted to stop into Rodeheavers and check out the new dyno, but they weren't open.

I love parts of 119 south of U-town. Twisties and hills up and down. The car got a real workout and handled it like a champ. I recently switched from a drag wheel setup, (fat & skinnies), to 17x9 with fat rubber all around, and it let me really whip the car into turns etc.

Did a couple 100 + mph blasts on parts of 51. Luckily, no troopers were around.

A guy in a Chevy pickup wanted to play at a red light going out of U-town. I gave it half throttle in second and he disappeared LOL. Other than that, there were no potential victims. Probably too early in the day. I left around 10am and got home about 1:30.

It was alot of fun. I think I shifted less in that 3 hour ride than I do on my 30 minute ride home from work everyday.
The guys on here who live in the city know what I'm talking about.

It would have been great to have a few other mustangs along. I'll have to hook up with some of you guys the next time somebody posts about taking a road trip. It's something I rarely have time to do, but when I do it I thoroughly enjoy it.

Sounds like a good day for ya. Glad you got to enjoy your car =)

You guys need to get a group together, pick a tourist attraction somewhere outside of your area and cruise there.
