WEll as most of you have seen I sold some stuff to buy my new toy which I will post pics of this week coming.
Next thing I have been thinking about is my car and what may or may not be on the agenda for it. I would like to have a car that has some serious power and can still drive from here to anywhere without much issue.
Granted a 408 carbed stroker in a c4 car isnt really realistic for this.
So should I sell the coupe and save up and pick up a 03-04 Cobra or do ya think a 03-04 cobra drivetrain in the coupe? Course in the cobra I could have a/c for those hot days lol.
Just, things bouncin around in my head for the future maybe a fall project.

I hate those damn things. No offense not saying they are junk. I just don't like them. Course I never sat in one or drove one. Maybe, if I took a drive in one I May change my mind would take alot to do so lol.

x2 i agree with you... but be honest to yourself... the 03/04 cobbi as i call them .... there fun to drive esp here in pa with tight bends and turns esp going up hill. then the truck space is more for the money i think... i have a place in pymatuning and love taken it up there for the road trips on the weekends... and i always fill it with fishing stuff and cloths for my long weekends... seats come down to put my cat rod in ... and still have the wonderfull a/c... but this year im doin things different. i love my cobra but i put 6k miles on it and im done with that. so i bought a fox hatch. ... its like a badass gocart lol... plss i get more trunk space... so now ... i got 2... its up to you! go w your 1st thought... and enjoy this weather and prep for the summer its goin to be a hot one!

Buy my car, put a 200 shot of NO2 on it until the rods put dents in the oil pan. Then, rebuild the bottom and slap a KB blower on it.

Ta Da you should be able to do this for less than $20K. :sticktonge:

Lol, Ya I ran the good ole giggle juice on the 04 and used alot of it lol. Just cant get the blower sound out of my head though when Lou and I would cruise up to irwin. He would rip by and its just damn nasty sounding. I sure did like my 04 though. Have to see what happens this fall when I am done tweaking the big toy and ready to buy in the fall when they get a lil cheaper.

Ed, I heard you were laughing at dinner about mentioning the vette to me another smartass lol

I love the Cobra, 600 rwhp driver would be awesome. Who can deny the love of the sound of a kb/whipple rippin by or rowing threw the gears.

Cobra's have come down a lot in pricing. Keep your eyes out.. I know i will be. :thumbsup:

Here is a pic of the current project. Bought it wrecked it came from Texas.
Have most of the stuff to fix it. Need to get some minor odds and ends but, it should be a fun toy!!! :goodidea:

Non wrecked ones are fairly cheap. Have to see when that time comes and I am done spending the money on the Cummins.
