Ok I have HAD it!! Every time I find an item at a good price on the car boards I get the... "Well you are 2nd in line if the guy backs out" or "I have a local guy but he has until bla bla bla to get me the money." then they keep me waiting for weeks or some times I just forget about it and weeks later I get the "Do you still want it?".

You know what! I am doing the seller a favor but taking the sloppy seconds! Hell with it I will just buy new because the $5 I save is just not worth the trouble of dealing with these people.

If I get this one more time I am going to turn the internet off. Oh I don’t mean my connection. I mean I am driving to California and unplugging it! (South Park) lol

Well I dont offer less than what they are asking. Thats the thing. I cant figure it out. Maybe they are scamming people and know I am feed up and will drive to the ends of the earth to kick some butt. lol

Where do you deal? The past two weeks i had 6 appointments for people to come take a look at my bikes and Adam was the only one to ever show up.. And it sucks cause i could have been riding or working OT to put some mods on my new toy but instead i stand around for no reason waiting for someone who does not have the b@ll$ to call and just say hey i really dont have the money for your bike sorry to waste your time. No i have to call and ask what is going on then they give a BS excuse and try to set up another time. OR i get people that just want to take it for a joy ride and get mad when i say no.. I tell them all if they want to test ride it to have cash in hand cause im not having some guy riding my bike on my parents property with no intention of buying.

Sorry rant off also.... Yea i know what you mean though. I have gotten messed over a few times

I`d tell him that if youve been trying to sell it for weeks at that price with no takers, it must not be worth that, so I`ll offer you 50% of the sell price. Then i`ll be interested again.

Either that or `wow I figured it was sold so I was going to go somewhere else, but if it turns out that he lied about its condition i`ll let you know` then email him 3 weeks after that and say ``ok i want it``
