OK Folks... here is the deal... I just got home from Maryland and recovering the Hardcore50 server computers!!! Let me tell you this much: Hope that you never have computer equipment at an internet hosting facility that closes its doors in a hurry! I have the personal time, phone bills, and lawyers fees to prove it sucks!... Anyway, I got the green light late last night and drove down to Laurel, Maryland and removed a rack of equipment and drug it back home... :ugh:

As for moving forward from this mess... Hardcore5.0 will be coming back up just as soon as I can move all the website code to our new hosting facility (Verio), and get everything checked out and tested. We'll be doing a well needed facelift during this period as well, I am expecting 7-10 days, TOPS...

Thanks for your patience (and impatience to get back on the site! http://www.nmraracing.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif ) and sticking with us while we have gone through this crisis of sorts.. we appreciate it very much! http://www.nmraracing.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif

This is the best technical forum I've ever found & visit every day when it's running. They are many big name professional builders that frequent the small block forum daily & offer help & advice. It's a no-nonsense site, if you pull any Corral like BS, they'll boot your ass off. I'm glad to hear that the site is going to come back on-line.:pinkthumb:

Thanks so much for the update Mark. I gave up on trying to find information on it. I REALLY need hardocre right now as I'm finishing up my project. I can't wait until its back up, I thought it was gone for good!

I have been severely medicated since the site crashed to overcome the symptoms of withdrawl. I never said I minded being medicated though;)

When will people learn to just pay the extra money and go with a well established reputable hosting company instead of just bouncing to the latest and cheapest hosting site on the net.

Ed,

Brian Carner is an IT professional. I'm sure he knows that.

Paul,

I was starting to think the site was DOA as well. I'm hoping it'll be back online soon.

Im thinking he must not have been backing the site up or he would have been back up pretty quickly. He had the same problem we did earlier in the year, the hosting company just closed up its doors and turned it all off..

Looks like there's progress. A error message appears almost instantly for the first time on a couple of months.
