the yellow 94 vert. in my avatar. 302 stock short block trick flow HCI No porting, 75 mm TB, roller rockers 1.6's and Long tube headers. I did not build this car but I know who owned it and where it was dyno'd and tuned. I traded a fox body for it. I also have 3:73 gears.

Not bad at all!:highfive:

Your a custom cam, longtubes, and a little tuning away from 310-320rwhp.
My Cobra longblock made 265 rwhp, and 308 rwtq for comparison sake.

I say go with the long tubes. They will pick up the low end torque as well and they do make a difference. What exhaust are you running? i dont think i seen that mentioned.

mac P shorties, bassani 2.5 xpipe, mac cat back with 2.5 tails

You have to get a different x pipe, so its gonna cost 400 to 600 bucks by the time your done in hopes of gaining 10+ HP. Tough call I guess.

yea but you can always sell your shorties and x-pipe to offset some of the cost

Greco, those are some REALLY good numbers. 300rwhp with GT40P heads is the holy grail number to hit. Very few have done it, but it has been accomplished.
