Those of you who have your windows tinted, are you getting straight up n down streaks in the tint?

I have the same problem and will be redoing my windows shortly. It's because Ford started using hard plastic instead of the soft dew strips. You'll need to get felt strips or a product called "moleskin" installed to keep it from getting any worse... this'll explain it better http://forums.bradbarnett.net/showthread.php?t=443001&highlight=moleskin

alrite thanks..when i bought the car a year ago the windows were tinted and were all messed up so i tore that tint off n got them retinted last summer n there already getting pretty bad so i guess i'll be taken this tint off too n i'll replace the window strips n then get it tinted again..pain in my ass!

Yep, that's a common problem with the door windows in the S197's. Fix as already stated and you'll be fine.
