This should be interesting. Traffic light start, no times displayed on the boards, but there will be time slips, and this is for ONLY street legal cars and bikes. NO race cars, no junior dragsters. Gates at 5:30, racing at 6:30, $25 to run, $10 to watch, $25 for a carload. I might test the 3" exhaust then, if all goes well this week. :D

I'll see what I can find out about track prep.

Here are some further details:

1/8th mile, heads up
Street legal cars only, DOT tires required (no slicks), exhaust through the mufflers (no open headers), must be inspected and have a license plate.
Prestage on the yellow light, fully stage on the red light, go on the green light.
No times displayed on the boards, but timeslips will be printed

Quickest 8 domestic and quickest 8 imports will be selected to run off (2 separate classes)

I would like to go but i'd be affraid of breaking something before Carlisle and if i can't take my car to Carlisle there's no sense in going.

I ended up going and there where a few other from here there. My opinion.... It was a complete joke and waste of money and time. I really hope that doesent represent what all the buzz was around flashlight drags.

I'd like to go to the next one thou.

Good luck, wont see me there ;)
