underhood paint???

anyone know anyone who has, or know if I had some custom paint work done on the underside of my hood how it would hold up with the engine heat?

any info is appricated

In all seriousness, he has had his painted for many years now and I believe it'd been fine.

I would also ask Troy. Might send a pm to 98saleen too, he has some custom paint under his hood too.

i have had the underside of my hood painted for years with no trouble :thumbsup:

blah blah blah... dude if you like anyone who does custom airbrush make sure they just prep the panel and it has a good one or 2 coats of clear coat on it.... and it will be fine ... your hood doesnt get 300 degrees... so dont fn fret!

mines just had a decal under it with no clear over it and its held up... so im sure youll have no issues.... lemme know how your underhood painting goes.
