no seriously i wouldnt pay over $1500 for something that old and outdated... and gutting out a pipe and not correcting the fuel are syncing the carbs...not cool at all.

we all know blue book means shit. in reality what is this bike worth?

i gave you a reality price before i even looked it up. i looked over all trade ins and put a value on them... those old rockets arent worth much. a 1999 GSXR600 we'd only give 2000 for because it had 5,000miles. theres a difference between 13K ona bike and 13K ona car.

yea...sorry man wasnt yanking your chain giving a honest opinion on it. you can pay what you want for it if you really want it. the performance of that compared to the newer bikes is like comparing a pedal bike and a cr250

I agree with the above - sorry.... not only is a 11 year old 600cc bike not worth much in the first place, but particularly Kawi's.... they were known to be not very good bikes and performance-wise were not up to par for the day.....

It wasn't until like '03 or '04 that the Kawi's became respectable bikes...

My cousin bought a 2005 GSXR 750 in good shape last year for $2800. Wouldn't expect a 10 year old kawi 600 to be anywhere near that.

1500 is a stretch for something like that. The best thing to do is part it out on ebay. You might get 2000 for everything total.

Tell me about it. It had a full Yosh exhaust, gpr steering stabilizer, racetec suspension, and a second set of plastics, + spare parts. Sold the stuff he didn't need and made $600 of it so he reallly paid 2200 for it. Clean title too.
