Did anyone find an orange cell phone at Carlisle? We lost it on Sunday morning at the fairgrounds.:bawling:

I didnt see it anywhere Teri. Sorry to hear you lost something.

Did you try calling the fairgrounds to see if anyone turned it in?

Yes Tammy we did. I know I had it when we took the car over to the winner circle. I was calling my Mom to tell her the good new. I got interrupted and ended the call and thought I put my phone in my pocket. That is the last time I remember having it. Nick is going to call again today. We are leaving for Gettysburg tomorrow. We might stop and see if they will let us look around. I know where we were that day. Keep you fingers crossed.

Well someone found our phone and helped themselves to it. Nick called it today and it rang and rang. We contacted verizon and who ever has has used it a couple of times. We suspended use on it.Of course verizon wont do anything about it. I think we are going to report it stolen. We are just honestest people, I can't believe someone could not turn something like that in. What goes around comes around.

that's BS!! isn't there some way to locate a cell signal? IDK, I imagine you'd have to have access to some expensive stuff :(

You would think.Each phone has it's own code. I just don't get why the phone company can't do something. It really burns me up. It's upsetting because we just got our new phone in March. It just sucks.

Man that sucks! I thought it was bad when I got drunk and dropped my 3 week old cell phone when I was "squeezing the lemon". Yep it went PLUNK. After that I found out I am a very mellow person when I get drunk. Everyone said I was laughing my butt off and told them..."Man water came pouring out of it". Now why I picked it up is beyond me but I think the beer had something to do with it. The funniest part is that the person I was talking to heard everything happen. BLA BLA BLA oops... smack klang splash bloop bloop "dead"

Man, you nearly owed me a new monitor. I am sitting here having a cold one and just took a drink as i started to read that....... oh man, that is classic right there. Nominee for post of the month.
