on 92 i put on intake spacer but now makes whisle noise since.can anyone lead in right direction?but it runs great

How well did the spacer match up to the ports in the intake? If there was a "step" the sound you hear could be turbulent air. Also, are you sure that you don't have a vacuum leak after the install? Most often that is the cause of a whistle type of sound... well that and BBK throttle bodies. :)

That is ALWAYS a good idea. Turbulence is bad and should be avoided at all cost. I spent a number of hours yesterday grinding on my stock cobra lower intake to get it to have a nice/smooth transition between it, my felpro 1250 gasket, and AFR 165 intake port. The result was almost seamless!

The result was almost seamless!ok also when i reconnected idle speed control solenoid the idle seem 2 hang up then drop slowly but seems 2 idle good disconnected but engine light comes on any clues?
