88 foxbody

guys i came acrost a 88 foxbody auto with 75K miles.

I believe it needs a wiper motor and some body work.

the guy wants 1000. I figure if i go up with 800 cash he will take it.

I have two questions.

1. how hard is it to convert it to a 5 speed.

2. does that seem like a good price

That price sounds about right for a rotted out running donor, and who knows, u might get lucky and it might actually not b to bad of shape, 5spd swap is easy as long as you have everything you need, i.e. bolts, pedals , cable, tranny and flywheel, and even if its junk, buy it and part it, you can make your money back off the 8.8 ,, 5.0,, and whatever little parts are left on it:goodidea:

it needs a wiper motor. locks, everything in the interior the seats are ripped and all the knobs for like the ac are gone. It needs tires and some body work.
