Any one in the area reuild superchargers? I don't want to send to vortech because their price is outragous. Any help would be great.

I think the only people who can do it is gonna be vortech, i am not 100% sure..
I would do it for you but dont really want the liability. Go on corral and do a search. There is a nice do it your self thread. In any case, its only like 3 or 400 at Vortech. The bearings alone are almost 270.

I just called them and they want $705 for 2 bearings and 2 seals. I took the front cover off and found that the threaded shaft that holds the blade on snapped off. Gonna see if I can just replace that and seals.

Nope. They wont sell it to you. They wont sell anything at all to the public. Just send it back or contact the original seller and see what his "warrenty" is from Vortech. They should cover something.
Mind you, the one high speed bearing is almost $200 by itself.

Vortech only covers it for 6 months. It was last rebuilt in 05 or 06. If I cant buy a new shaft some where I'll just make a new one at work. Thats the only benifit of being a machinist:thmbsup:
