What fluid do I use in a T5 trans?

I drained my T5 in my cobra when I took it out and I can't remember which tranny fluid to use in it. I use GM Synchromesh in my TKO, but I don't know what to use in the T5 as its been so long since I've had one. Any help is appreciated!

Paul,

I've run Mobil synthetic ATF & also Redline MTL.

I ended up using a 50/50 mixture of the MTL & their D4 ATF. The mixture shifts well & gives better lubrication to the gears.
