ok how am i gonna get the stang home tomorrow... i dont have insurance on it yet....so i cant get a one way trip permit?

should i risk it and run the plates off my civic? the insurance on it is in my mom's name as the car came from her and i never switched it.

edit - even if we used our jeep insurance (in my girl's name) to bring it home i have to have the title first to be able to get a one way trip permit...and i dont think PA issues them

anyone wanna loan me some plates? :) ill send them back. (did this on my old 00 stang)

OK, check the tires first.
Then, check the oil. Oh my it smells funny. Change that tomorrow.
What's that noise when I start it?
What's that noise at 5,700RPM?
What's that noise when I'm cruising at 70MPH and 1,800RPM? (that's the airplane gears.)
Should I check the spare?
These seats smell funny!
This shifter is sticky.
The guage cluster cover is smudged.

If you can't get prescription-strength stuff, use a 1/5 of Rum, a 2-liter of Diet Coke and a 12-pack of Bud. You'll sleep good tonight. :awsome:

Thats touchy putting mom's or gf's plate on there. It the plates were mine, i'd put them on and f' the permit.

clean it, tires, speedo cable, then drive till spring. no mods till spring at least.

however if i ever find a cheap set of FMS C springs ill buy them...need to fix this suspension....seems to be lower in rear than front :balls1:

Well, sheeeee-it dude, come to Monroeville. I have plenty of laundry, dishes, etc to keep you busy for weeks. And if you can sew, I have plenty of buttons and hems... Do you do windows? :p

Rum or tequila did it for me, but the hangovers were painful. Personally, I blame it on the limes. :o
