I'm trying to decide what seats to go with for my new interior. It's between stock black leather, corbeau LG1's, or some sort of aluminum race seats. My question is for those who have used aluminum race seats how comfortable are they? How tight are the lower bolsters on most of them.

Aluminum race seats are for race cars. They suck in the comfort department. Go with some good brand race seats.

I've only sat in Kirkey aluminum seats, haven't driven or raced while in one of their seats. It is definitely more comfortable than the cheapie plastic race bucket from Summit. When I had that in my Cutlass, it would get uncomfortable if the ride was longer than 30 minutes. I'm thinking the Kirkey would be more comfortable, but would still not be as comfortable as stock style seats for a longer ride. I put the stock bucket back in the Cutlass after 1 season with the plastic.
