is there any difference in a 4.6 motor from a 95 Grand Marquis? i see the air intake is different,bit what about the rest?
-front acc.
-block
-internals
-heads

i can get this almost for free, and wasent sure if any of this would be like xtra stuff for my 4.6?

intakes different...but i believe rest is same/similar.

if its free...nothing else get it and part it out.

Cam profile is different and intake but not much more im pretty sure.

Check into the crank. I know that the Mark VIII has a 6 bolt crank and the GT has an 8 bolt. Prolly still use it providing you use a 6 bolt flywheel.
