need help with oil pressure

i pulled my dizzy out and put it back in now i have no oil pressre. i dont know if the shaft fell out of the oil pump or what, kind of a newb. please help

Take it back out and look. Then let us know...

i got it figgured out. the oil pump shaft wasnt in the oil pump. i got a oil pump primer from auto zone and wiggled it around till it went in and then i took the hard line comming out of the block and primed it till oil shot out all over the place.

dizzy is back in, my timming is advancing now. havnt taken a test drive yet but its all back together and working properly and i learned something so all in all it was a good experiance.

i pulled a distributor once and the pump drive fell into the oilpan and i was like "!@#$"

i thought thats what happend but its all there, oil pressure is good. its hard to figure this stuff out on your own. all the cars i have built were ricers with coil packs. just tring to learn as i go.
