question about adding a turbo to my 2.3

Hi, hey if get everything I need off of a bird to ad a turbo to my mustang can I just install it without changing the computer and wiring harness?
If I hook up all the stuff that's on there now won't the existing computer supply more fuel when it boost? Will the computer know all that extra air is going somewhere?

What year mustang? You'll need to add a few wires in the harness & Turbo ECU.
How much Boost, cast pistons?

You'll need to add a Turbo oil drain back to the pan & Turbo oil feed with restrictor.

X2 - This is the most important question. ANY of the FI harnesses can be converted to the turbo computers, some a lot easier than others. Save yourself a LOT of grief and get a complete donor engine and swap. That gets you the forged pistons, turbo head, oil fittings, etc.
