triple feed Holley? w/ 4 idle adjustments?

Hi have rebuilt a few Holley's in my day. but I never ran into this before
It has 3 inlets for fuel--no really the front bowl has an inlet on each side.
the rear is normal just one.

And it's vacuum secondaries but the rear metering block has what looks like idle adjustments.. Idle adjustments on all four corners?
On a vacuum secondaries I though the back barrels didn't do anything till they opened up..

looks to have a 50cc pump on the front as well, i would say its just something that somebody modified up, they prob put a front metering block on the rear.

Ok, Found this carb on a web sight the numbers on the carb base are correct for the metering blocks--Now I just need to find out what the screws that looks like idle adjustments a for and how to set them. I will do a new post for that
And it's a 600 CFM about right for a 302--an old Hi-Po Ford carb
