hey man check out Speedway Appliance in morgantown and fairmont. they sell all that stuff refurbished and dirt cheap. i use them all the time for my rentals.

also check out Habitat for Humanity's Restore in morgantown, they sell all that plus anything else for a house/apartment even cheaper.
