Yea I was at beaver run.. was the first time out on the new tires and it took a few passes for them to get broken in, was still getting used to them. I had to leave early to :(

I have an account on pittspeed, but probably have 5 posts... maybe. I dont post much.

Other than under the hood with the headers and the painted fast and the fuel rails it just looks like a stock GTO with 18's. I am lowered in the front though. Getting lowering springs for the rear over the winter for the street, then I can change them when I go to the track. Also getting cross drilled/slotted rotors.

The Ranger is Jess Warren. The combo changes a lot in his truck, been everything from a huge Holset to twin turbo and stick and auto. pretty neat truck as he is using SCT to tune a MAF computer (oddity in the 2.3 world). I know what it runs with certain combo's but don't know what he had in it at that time.

The combo changes a lot in his truck, been everything from a huge Holset to twin turbo and stick and auto. pretty neat truck as he is using SCT to tune a MAF computer (oddity in the 2.3 world). I know what it runs with certain combo's but don't know what he had in it at that time.

Nope no side exhaust.

We had a great run. I treed me by a bit and nosed me out by just a few inches, was a really fun race though. I would have liked to run again but I had to leave.

Nah ... There was a GTO at PRP several times last year that had the pipes coming out the sides in front of the rear tires. Can't remember what color it was but was thinking it was his color ?? I'm sure you guys know the car.

Nice pics! I didn't know they had A cam, lol sorry! I do have a lotta respect for guyz who actually race n runn there cars thou. Alot of the time, people do alot of talkin and not a lotta walkin if ya know what I mean! I like somethingclever's sig "Why all the Mods and No track times". I really don't see the point of hookin ur car up if u plan on lettin it rot or pu$$y foot n fart it around, ya know?!

Thanks, its actually the record holder for 6 speeds in the nation ATM. I have no idea how much it weighs to be honest... I take out all of the seats when I race and the 15's are lighter than the stock 18's, but I would say 3800-3900 as a guess with me in it.

It just has a 236 240 .615 .610 112 cam, Ported FAST 90 manifold and pacesetter headers for power... well and a lingenfelter intake. On a stock drivetrain with a monster stage 3 clutch.

No, I ran those at dragway 42 over by akron. The best I could muster at QCR was a 12.0@112 or 113 could have even been 114.... cant remember. Either way it was at the super nats, so I think thats the end of June, so it was hot and at qcr so no one was breaking any records that day lol. That was with a 1.8 60ft though, I have not been back with the hoosiers, that pass was on my old 17inch drag radials.

Their was a GTO ur color that was at last years World Of Wheels, who sometime posts on here.
He actually posted his new engine build on here recently, but I think the thread got deleted, to much BS was happenin in it. Was kinda entertaining thou n really stirred the pot a bit in here, ya know lol! That's tuff cause I wouldn't mind checkin the rest of the build out.

He had a manual in it again at the flashlight drags. That truck is an 11.5 truck from what I've seen, at least on a previous setup.
