Installation help?

Hey I have an 04 Ram 1500 and getting new tires and wheels, but was wondering if anyone had an idea where I could get my new Torsion Relocating Keys installed. They claim you need a "torsion bar unloading tool" to install them and I dont have one. I'm near Washington and if someone could refer me I'd appreciate it.

u can go buy one of those tools anywhere and do it urself not hard to do a hr worth of work

I know., summit sells them for $ 169.00, for one I"d never use it again, and second I know I could get it done for less than the tool is, and third I dont have to mess with it.

If i dont find anyone I might have too.

how far are u from altoona

Probably about an hour and half... kind of further than I wanted to go., but might be my only option.
