Ok, I need to bring my 91 5.0 Vert back to earth. I want to lower it a bit with out doing caster camber plates or bump steer. I drive my car about 2000 miles a month so I don’t want to chew up tires either…..what springs do I need?

go with FMS C springs or B springs.... thats what im trying to find right now. (used of course cause as ed would say im a poor hillbilly :) )
really with the C springs youll get a nice even drop. not require CC plates and a good ride. look at my post here and ed has a pic of his 88 with C's

C and B springs are not for Verts. I think the verts use something like a G spring.

cut your stockers to drop it 1" all around. Leave your camber where it goes to once dropped...just adjust your toe.
Maybe someone else can give estimated coil amt to remove...i'm not sure for your car.

My car is lowered and I have caster camber plates and I'll tell you what they are the hottest thing since toast. It took my self and one buddy 45 mins to do both sides and I went stright to the alighment shop and it drives GREAT!
