Not sure if there is a class action lawsuit on it. Make sure you check out the rear subframe of the car closely.......

I agree, I have the same and feel the same. It was also nice to drive with all the snow we had this season. Funny part the BMW is my daily beater and is parked outside while the Mustang gets the garage.

One of the owners of the dealership that I worked at swore by 325xi's and always has one as his driver. A lot of them were over 100k and in the 98-01 range but still drove like new; amazingly solid with decent power. I remember they had to put water pumps in 2 or 3 (not surprising for the mileage) and we found out there is a common issue with i think noisy/worn bushings in the control arms (may just be the awd's).

i work at a bmw dealership , they are expensive to fix , they arent built as well as everyone thinks and everything is tied together in them so they are labor intensive. $500 brake jobs ,$350 for a batt. the coolant is $30 a gallon good luck.
